Why We're Here.
Ellis & Corin are two food obsessed chef brothers who have held various jobs in hospitality for a combined 30+ years. Seven years ago we decided to set up the social media account @epicplateup. The idea was to connect with chefs, artisans, makers, brands and food lovers all over the world and spark conversations about why food is so important.
We've loved watching our little community grow and feel so fortunate to have been able to have countless honest, open, hilarious and thought provoking chats with some of the most fascinating and talented people in our industry.
We now work alongside a relentlessly driven collective of creatives to help bring these stories to life. Our combined experience from within the hospitality industry, starting up food and beverage brands from the ground up, running successful pop ups and long term chef residencies, to creating one of the most engaging and respected online food communities, coupled with the years of experience our production team have in the film, TV and commercial world, puts us in the perfect position to do your story justice and ensure your voice is heard loud and clear.
